How the RewindMD Prepaid Wallet System Works
100% of your monthly membership fee goes directly into your personal RewindMD Wallet as treatment credit.

Terms & Automatic Renewal
Membership term: 12-month commitment (“Initial Term”). Memberships automatically renew month-to-month thereafter until canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice to [email protected]. Charges will occur on the 1st day of each month.
Cancellation and Early Termination
Members may cancel after completing the 12-month term by emailing [email protected] with 30 days’ notice. If cancelled early, RewindMD will recalculate any services received at standard pricing and bill the difference. No termination fee applies.
Clinic Termination Rights
RewindMD may terminate membership for non-payment, unsafe conduct, or misuse of services. Remaining Banked Funds stay as non-refundable credit.
Use of Banked Funds
Funds can be used for eligible services/products. Not redeemable for cash, transferable, or combinable with other promotions. Discounts cannot be added to promos.
Payment Authorization
Member authorizes automatic monthly billing. If payment fails, a $35 fee applies. Benefits paused until resolved.
Legal & Compliance
This membership follows California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL). Confirmation will be emailed. This is not insurance. All procedures require provider approval.

How does the RewindMD Prepaid Wallet system work?
Your monthly membership fee is deposited directly into your prepaid wallet as a cash credit. When you receive a treatment like Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, or specialized skin care, we deduct the cost from your wallet balance.
Do my banked wallet credits expire?
No. As long as your RewindMD membership remains active, your wallet credits carry over from month to month and never expire. If you cancel your membership after your initial term, any remaining banked funds stay as non-refundable in-clinic service credit.
What is the commitment term for a membership?
All RewindMD memberships have an initial 12-month commitment. After 12 months, your membership automatically transitions to a month-to-month plan.
Can I use my wallet credits on any service at RewindMD?
Yes. Wallet credits can be applied toward eligible aesthetic, clinical, or wellness services, including non-invasive body contouring, bioidentical hormone optimization, clinical facials, and medical weight loss.
What happens if my treatment cost exceeds my wallet balance?
If the cost of your treatment is higher than your current wallet balance, you simply pay the remaining difference at the time of service. Active members still receive their exclusive tier discounts on that treatment.
Can I cancel my membership early?
Yes. If you need to cancel before completing your initial 12-month commitment, your received treatments will be recalculated at standard non-member pricing, and you will be billed for the difference. No hidden termination fees apply.
