Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you cannot complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive several minutes before your appointment so we can assist you.
As new patients, during your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your treatment goals. Afterward, we will conduct a physical examination to evaluate what needs to be done to achieve your desired results. Many of our services can be customized to suit your individual needs and goals best.
